News Release- Make Your Mailbox Your Ballot Box
Get ready for the August Primary by requesting a mail ballot. Voters can avoid the lines on Election Day and vote from the convenience of their home. Escambia County voters will be receiving a post card from Supervisor of Elections David H. Stafford with instructions on how to request to vote by mail.

Senate Redistricting Continues
Following a ruling from the Florida Supreme Court issued on Friday, March 9, the Florida legislature will reconvene in a special session beginning Wednesday, March 14 to adjust the Senate redistricting plan passed by legislature earlier this year. The two proposed Senate districts for Escambia County were among 8 districts cited by the court as invalid and thus will be adjusted. The House redistricting plan was cleared by the court.
