Soil & Water Conservation Group 2 on November Ballot

Escambia County Soil and Water Conservation District Group 2 member Greg Fink on Friday submitted his resignation, effective Novmeber 4, 2008, citing his intent to run for another unspecified position. Candidates may pre-file to run for the final two years of Mr. Fink’s four-year term.
